Do you offer free consultations?

We offer a free 15-minute TUPE Case Check to confirm whether TUPE may apply and whether paid support would be appropriate.
This call does not include advice or casework.

What if I’m not sure which option I need?

That’s completely fine. If you’re unsure, start with a TUPE Clarity Call and we can decide together whether further support is needed.

Is ongoing support included?

Ongoing support is included only where it has been agreed in advance. If your situation continues or becomes more complex, Case Extension Support can be added by agreement.

When is payment due?

Payment terms are confirmed in advance and reflected on your invoice. For case support, payment is typically due upon completion of the agreed work.
